Manufacturing Coach

Summary of Position:

The Manufacturing Coach is one of the key contact persons for Qualification and Quality in the Manufacturing area.
In close cooperation with Shift Managers and Team Leaders, the Manufacturing Coach makes sure that Operations are running with the best skilled employees.
This role is also key in finding root causes of deviations and implementing short- and long-term measures to eliminate these in collaboration with Quality and other adjacent areas.

Major Actions and Support Actions:

1.
Ensure updated Qualification Matrix, follow up of Qualification changes due to process changes and employee development.
Responsible for all in house training related to production.
Responsible for training of new employee on inception to assess the skill and capability of the employee before allocating to the right production station, ensuring the operator is able to keep up to the speed and quality of the operations.

2.
Support Customer Claim analysis, root cause identification, problem resolution, communication flow within manufacturing.
Support Manufacturing Organization to analyze and eliminate deviations in the manufacturing area identified thru LPA, Product & Process Audits.

3.
Support in the development of PFMEA from manufacturing side.

4.
Support Shift Managers in the analysis of manufacturing deviations (OEE/HC) through the MES System.

5.
Support Shift Managers in the analysis of manufacturing deviations (OEE/HC) thru the MES System.

6.
Leading a Safety first approach maintaining a zero accident culture.
Ensures and monitors work, accident prevention and safe working environment across the manufacturing area.

7.
Fulfill assigned primary, secondary and or tertiary deputy/back-up roles as assigned and required on occasion by the business.

8.
Manufacturing Coach is the Span Breaker for Team leaders.
Instead of having Team Leaders in every shift, the function can be taken by the manufacturing coach of all shifts.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
