Leggett & Platt, Incorporated is seeking a Health Plan Coordinator to provide analytical and administrative support for its U.S. health program. Responsibilities include maintaining corporate medical/welfare plan metrics, benefit administration, and preparing reports.


¬ 


The Health Plan Coordinator will also be responsible for specific plan tasks; including pharmacy benefit management, coordination of telehealth and tobacco cessation programs, monitoring large claims for re-insurance, and HIPAA privacy rule compliance. This position will assist with COBRA administration and eligibility/enrollment duties. ¬ Leggett's Health Plan Coordinator reports to the Benefit Programs Administrator.

Requirements



  • Experience utilizing MS Office for spreadsheet and analytical functions

  • Strong background with data handling, analysis, report formatting and systems analysis skills for planning the design and implementation of project work

  • Proficient oral and written communication skills

  • Working knowledge of software programs to extract or query data and write ad hoc reports

  • Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented

  • Exposure to administration of health benefit plans

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
