Sales Program Manager

Leggett & Platt, Incorporated is seeking a Sales Program Manager to be responsible for successfully managing, coordinating, and ensuring timely completion and implementation of projects for our Adjustable Bed Group. Based in Carthage, Missouri, this role acts as a facilitator between the varying facets of the Group to execute a plan and ensure proper communication and organization of tasks, timelines, resources, and people.
Responsibilities:
Manage assigned projects to meet identified timeline and quality expectations
Effectively balance and direct targeted efforts in a rapid growth environment related to identified customer needs and Group expectations
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
Proactively manage changes in project scope to meet evolving needs and requirements, identify potential shortfalls and devise contingency plans, thereby minimizing Company exposure and risk as related to projects
Manage regular meetings to discuss status and coordinate current projects
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
Project management experience, ideally in an organization with cross-functional teams
Product development experience, ideally producing tangible deliverables
Mechanical and technical aptitude
Demonstrated ability to think analytically and critically
Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and coordinate efforts of creative and technical partners
Software proficiency in Microsoft Excel

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
