The Respiratory Loan Repayment Assistance Program provides financial support to our Mercy Respiratory co-workers in a 24X7 hospital based eligible position who are in a.
4 FTE and above, working 32 hours or more per pay period.
The program offers monthly payments made directly to the loan servicer up to the amount of $370per month and up to$20,000for a lifetime maximum.

Location:
Mercy Hospital Carthage Sleep Lab Under the supervision of Sleep Medical Director and Sleep Supervisor, the RRT will be trained to perform polysomnography testing on patients, along with therapeutic interventions.
The RRT will be responsible for direct patient care in all aspects of Sleep testing, according to physician's orders, policies, and AASM guidelines.
The RRT will be provided education and be eligible to sit for Sleep certification.
Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate of CoArc approved Respiratory Care program.
Licensure:
Meets state licensure requirements and has a current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license.
Experience:
None.
Certifications:
Hold the Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential awarded by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
For co-workers who work in the Emergency Room PALS is required.
Other:
Physical demands are attached plus push, pull, and grip up to 50 lbs.
Plus, pinch up to 10 lbs.
, kneel, crouch, and crawl minimally.
Equipment Used:
All appropriate respiratory care devices.
