6 Carthage, MO Carthage, MO Full-time Full-time From $20 an hour From $20 an hour 6 days ago 6 days ago 6 days ago Position Summary The Marketing Event Coordinator will be responsible for creating, delivering, and maintaining an extraordinary experience for all visitors - both to our facility and off-site at tradeshows and Williams sponsored sales events.
This person will also work hand-in-hand with the Marketing Communications Specialist to cohesively and flawlessly deliver company sales and marketing activities to the market.
Position Responsibilities Act as visitor liaison during factory visits Maintain the Sales Events calendar Arrange accommodations for sales events (travel, lodging, catering, itineraries, etc.
) Administer visitor agendas, coordination of Williams staff, and follow-up Manage showroom inventory, organization, and maintenance Coordinate tradeshows (booth construction, product, logistics, promotions, follow-up, etc.
) Mail thank you notes and gifts as necessary, including BHR & jet trip prints Be the factory-agency liaison for co-ops, visits, and events Enter data, monitor activity, and run reports from Salesforce & HubSpot Assemble, ship, and track new product sample kits to sales team and agencies Initiate, track and report on sales and marketing related capital expenditure requests Assemble and conduct a preliminary review of sales' expense reports Research, purchase and manage inventory of promotional items Other special marketing and sales support and projects, as needed Position Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent Customer Service experience Project management experience Some overnight travel Desirable Qualifications Exceptional communication and presentation skills Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills Five years in the lighting industry This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only activities to be performed by the employee occupying this position.
