Quick Apply Full-time 21 hours ago Full Job Description As a Area sales representative for Mazoo Liquor Stores, you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and growing relationships with existing active accounts in the Southwest Missouri region and beyond while also providing exceptional customer service.
You will be a key player in private tastings and must be able to have a flexible schedule.
Industry experience with a focus on sales is required as well as a solid background in and understanding of wine and spirits (beer a plus), and food and wine pairings.
A sommelier certificate is desired, but not required.
This job is best suited for candidates who are confident in their sales skills, high energy, a team player, and customer satisfaction driven and who enjoy fine wines and food REQUIREMENTS Assist customers with questions while providing exceptional customer service Remain current and continually expand knowledge of wine and spirits to inform and educate our guests as well as give suggestions and pairing ideas with food Show passion about results by setting compelling targets and delivering on commitments Cash out customers and assist in other departments as needed Anticipate and understand guests' needs and exceed their expectations Merchandise and maintain correct signage throughout department, stock and face shelves, coolers, and displays to always have a full and visually pleasing sales floor Mazoo Liquor Stores in Carthage, MO has over 20 years of experience in the wine/Spirits industry.
We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual with an intimate knowledge and familiarity with a broad range of wines to assist with private tastings, promoting sales, and achieving sales goals to join our family.
